# Third-party material and attribution

This is an unofficial community reference for Outlanders 2. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Pomelo Games.

Outlanders 2 and its game artwork, text, characters and other game material belong to Pomelo Games and their respective rights holders. The site includes game artwork and text to document the game. We do not claim ownership of these materials. Our MIT license does not cover them or grant permission to reuse them. Attribution is not a grant of permission from the rights holders.

Extracted and transcribed material may be mixed with original commentary in data records and pages. Do not assume that a file, generated page or dataset is wholly MIT-licensed. Game-derived material remains excluded regardless of its storage location. Gameplay facts are documented without claiming exclusive ownership of them.

Original site code, documentation and editorial contributions are available under the scoped MIT license in LICENSE. Contributors must have the right to license their original contributions; they must identify third-party material and its source.
